I must plan to succeed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need to plan ahead for the week. Our 28th anniversary is coming up, Seafair weekend - the Blue Angels - etc... so I need to be prepared for a healthy weekend. If I don't plan ahead I can see disaster written all over the place.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday is a church dinner. Potluck dinners can be a major set back if I don't plan ahead. Let me see, what else do I need to plan for? Every day snack attacks. If I have planned ahead, I won't gain weight just because of a bad snack day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So... For some reason, I haven't been able to cut it out 100%.   I think cutting down to 3 this week will be good for me. I drink filtered tap water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To help me with my goal this week, I will measure out my water in the morning and keep it in the refrigerator. As I pour a glass of water, I can see my progress, as the water level in the pitcher goes down. By the end of the evening my pitcher should be empty.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay, it sounds easy enough in thought...
